What Matched does
Matched puts every company card charge on the right Jobber job, with the receipt.
Matched connects Jobber and your company card platform. Every card charge lands on the Jobber job it was for, as an expense with the receipt attached. Your jobs then show what they really cost in materials.
How it works
- You connect Jobber. Matched reads your jobs, clients, people and crew clock-ins.
- You connect your card platform. Matched reads your card charges and receipts.
- For each charge, Matched recommends a job, says how sure it is (High, Medium or Low) and gives the reason.
- You send the recommendation to Jobber, pick a different job, split the charge, or mark it No job.
- The expense lands on the job in Jobber, with the receipt.
Who does what
- Your crew keeps using their cards as usual. If your card platform asks them to code a property or job on each charge, Matched uses it.
- The office (owners and members) checks the matches on the Charges page. Owners also manage users, settings and billing.
What Matched does not do
- It never moves money, issues cards or pays anyone.
- It never changes a Jobber job's details, quotes or invoices. It only adds expenses to jobs.
- It does not cost labour. Your labour is already in Jobber from clock-ins.
