Start over or delete your company

Both are in Settings, under Danger zone. Only an owner can use them.

Start setup over

This takes you back through setup. It:

• undoes matches not yet sent to Jobber;
• clears the links to Jobber, whose card is whose, and the card connection.

Your charges stay. Anything already in Jobber stays on its job. Jobber stays connected.

1. Open Settings and go to Danger zone.
2. Open Start setup over.
3. Tick I want to start setup over and select Start setup over.

Delete your company

This removes your company from Matched: everyone's sign-in, the Jobber and card connections, and every charge and match. Nothing in Jobber or your card platform changes. It can't be undone.

1. Open Settings and go to Danger zone.
2. Open Delete and your company's name.
3. Type DELETE and select Delete company.

If you pay for a plan, cancel it first. See Change or cancel your plan.
