Auto-accept High matches
Turn on auto-accept so High matches go onto their Jobber job without a tap, what you agree to when you do, and how to undo any of them.
When Matched is sure, it can accept the match for you. Auto-accept is off until an owner turns it on.
Before you turn it on
With auto-accept on, Matched adds High-match expenses to Jobber on its own, without anyone checking first. High matches are usually right, but not always. You are responsible for what lands in Jobber.
That is why turning it on takes one extra step: Matched shows this warning, and Turn on auto-accept only works once you tick I understand.
Turn it on
Only an owner can change this.
- Open Settings.
- Find Auto-accept High matches and select the switch.
- Read the warning, tick I understand, then select Turn on auto-accept. Select Cancel to leave it off.
Matched records who turned it on and when, and which version of the warning they saw. While it's on, Settings says “On: High matches are accepted every 15 minutes, as charges come in.” and below that, for example, “On since Sep 27, 2026, 2:15 p.m. Mountain time, turned on by Dana.”
Turn it off
Select the switch in Settings again. It turns off straight away, with no extra step. Every match then waits for you on Charges.
What it does
- Only High matches are accepted. Medium and Low always wait for you on Charges.
- A charge flagged for review is never auto-accepted.
- Each auto-accepted charge is matched exactly as if you'd selected Send to Jobber. When sending to Jobber is on, it goes onto the job with the receipt.
- Your very first expense to Jobber is always sent by hand, so you can check how it looks in Jobber before anything goes on its own.
Check and undo
Auto-accepted charges show under Recently matched at the bottom of Charges, marked Auto-accepted, for 14 days. While auto-accept is on, a reminder above the list says these went in without anyone checking first.
- If it isn't in Jobber yet, select Undo.
- If it's already in Jobber, select Take out of Jobber.
Either way, the charge goes back in the list for you to match again. See Sending to Jobber, undo and take out.
