When new charges show up

Matched reads new card charges, jobs and clock-ins on its own every 15 minutes.

Refresh now

If you just made a change and don't want to wait:

1. Open Settings.
2. Under Refresh, select Refresh now. It takes about a minute.

A charge isn't showing

• It's new. Wait up to 15 minutes, or refresh.
• It's older than 60 days. Matched reads the last 60 days of charges.
• It's already decided. Look under Recently matched at the bottom of the Charges page.
• The last read failed. Settings shows the last error, or Needs reconnecting, under Connections. Select Reconnect there. See Connect your card platform.

A new Jobber job isn't in the list

New and changed jobs come across on the next read. Refresh to get them sooner.
